About

I've spent 15 years on the other side of the table.

For 15 years I've lived on the other side of the table, the partnerships side, closing deals where one signature unlocks seven figures and a relationship that lasts a decade.

My track record runs across sports, entertainment, wellness, luxury, and tech. I managed partnerships for the Los Angeles Dodgers, where our group executed more than $250M in media and partnership deals, and ran advertising and promotions for the Detroit Pistons. I built and led global partnerships at Therabody, landing Apple, Gatorade, Equinox, and clubs like the Dallas Cowboys, Real Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain. As Head of Partnerships at Velocity Black (acquired by Capital One), I closed Porsche, Rolls-Royce, American Express, Soho House, and the NFL, and drove over $6M in revenue. Most recently, at OneTeam Partners, I built athlete-NIL fan experiences carrying NFLPA, MLBPA, and MLSPA approvals.

Somewhere in those hundreds of conversations, I learned the single shift that changed everything. It wasn't a better script, a better CRM, or a better lead list. It was a posture change. I stopped selling. I started partnering.

The Partnership Playbook is where I hand you that operating system, sharpened by an EMBA at the University of Chicago Booth and still running in live deals today. It isn't a track record sitting on a shelf. It's current proof.

The Partnership Playbook is a venture of The Growth Advisors. I'm the face; the company is the engine.
